A SEARCH THAT FITS YOUR LIFE
Your next chapter, around Kitchener-Waterloo.
Use your normal commute destination as the centre of the search. Compare country-home living with agricultural surroundings and the obligations that come with each property.
Define your search area
Woolwich, Wellesley, Wilmot and surrounding communities. These are starting points for a location brief; they do not imply that a property or specialist is available in every community.
Before you consider a property
Ask the municipality about zoning and the relevant conservation authority about regulated features. Review private water and wastewater systems before relying on an existing dwelling or a future building plan.

Bring the details that matter.
Include your preferred community, the intended use, and the minimum usable land you need. If you have a property in mind, provide its address or the authorized listing link in your request.
